ABSTRACT: High-con區對centration CaO particles 子店and gas compositions have a signif制紅icant influence on NOx red訊海uction by selective no知區n-catalytic reduction (SN弟件CR) in cement precalciners. The effe家視ct of gas composition on NOx r我學eduction by SNCR with NH₃ was st坐窗udied in a cement precal器廠ciner atmosphere with and without C讀下aO at 700-1100 °C. It was found tha中刀t CaO significantly 匠議lowers NOx reduction efficiency 章湖between 750 °C and 1000 °C, which is筆雨 attributed to the catalytic oxid少外ation of NH₃ to NO. Although increas土務ing NH₃ concentration was adv睡冷antageous to NOx reduction,又新 the existence of CaO led to the 金自opposite result at 750-900 °C. Adding 南來H₂O can suppress the negative effec綠說t of CaO on NOx reduction. Dec視子reasing O₂ content from 10% to玩鄉 1% shifts the temperature ran學快ge in which CaO has a significan化土t effect from 750-100兵開0 °C to 800-1050 °C. CO has a var商訊iety of influences on the CaO effe為門ct under different experimental 時吃conditions.
