The effect of 子鄉gas composition on NOx red老技uction by SNCR with NH₃ was studied i時分n a cement precalciner atmosphere w習機ith and without CaO at 術拿700-1100 °C. It was found that Ca月樹O significantly lowers NOx red開煙uction efficiency between 750 °C an裡為d 1000 °C, which is att謝林ributed to the catalytic ox些農idation of NH₃ to NO. Although incre商麗asing NH₃ concentration was advantageo議嗎us to NOx reduction, the existe物不nce of CaO led to the opposite res日男ult at 750-900 °C. Add森了ing H₂O can suppress the 懂通negative effect of CaO on 學司NOx reduction. Decreasing樂購 O₂ content from 10% to 1% shi錢拍fts the temperature range in which CaO 業日has a significant effe南信ct from 750-1000 °C to 800唱多-1050 °C. CO has a var通線iety of influences on the CaO effect un站懂der different experimental 風現conditions. The influences of NH₃見信, H₂O, O₂, and CO on the effect o但水f CaO can be attributed t照子o the impacts of the g離風as compositions on gas-phase NH₃ co身黃nversion, gas-solid c就員atalytic NH₃ oxidation, or both可村 processes.
