An industry-scale semi-wet technologic話錢al process for flue ga問家s desulfurization by co機就rona discharges is recomm也腦ended. Its characteristi微草cs are: (1) it uses an ac/dc一光 power supply to generate uni弟和formly distributed streamer plasma謝紙s; (2) it uses a partiti銀樹oned wet reactor syst老城em in which SO2 in the flue gas is a友跳bsorbed with ammonia water in it美有s thermal chemical reaction木電 stage and the generated solution is re懂湖peatedly sprayed and trans和訊ferred at an appropriate flow rate t妹低o the successive plasma reaction stage 媽吃under the conditions 相信of keeping liquid flow in bala上但nce. In the plasma sta書用ge, SO2 absorption by the liquid is enha從朋nced by the electric w筆司ind and the sulfites in the solution 中商experiences plasma oxidization; (3) dry做公ing up the end liquid to produce powd你畫er-typed byproduct and discha不美rging the end gas after heat ex湖草change with the hot ga跳場s at the inlet. Through a pilot test o影銀f 12,000 Nm3/h capacity of flue gas 煙還with an initial SO2 concentration of abou熱跳t 500 ppm, results o多鄉f desulfurization rate >95%, energy 唱要consumption in the reactor 1.8 W/Nm3 , ammonia slip less than 5 p體這pm and qualified fertilizer bypro器雪duct are obtained.
