Its characterist服劇ics are: (1) it uses an ac/dc powe子也r supply to generate unifo他年rmly distributed streamer plasma子答s; (2) it uses a partit小內ioned wet reactor system i做相n which SO2 in the flue gas is absorbed with ammo得志nia water in its ther紙外mal chemical reaction stage and the 事生generated solution is repeatedly spr雜外ayed and transferred at an appropriate 和通flow rate to the suc南土cessive plasma reaction stage 他金under the conditions外媽 of keeping liquid flow 日少in balance. In the pl東信asma stage, SO2 absorption by the liquid is enhanced by了舊 the electric wind and 還嗎the sulfites in the solution exper好樹iences plasma oxidization; (3) drying u吃靜p the end liquid to produce pow喝答der-typed byproduct and disc村拍harging the end gas after heat excha紅計nge with the hot gas a件電t the inlet.
