In or明了der to investigate t呢弟he influence of different operatin近美g conditions on NO oxidation in practical engineer風一ing application of this te紅算chnology, an ozone oxid問對ation system was built, and sintering flue gas was 鄉理extracted from the pipeline be風厭tween the induced draft fan and the 什拍desulfurization tower. The influence窗農 of flue gas flow and in暗可let NO concentration on NO oxidati匠歌on was investigated by orthogonal experiments. The results房的 indicated that NO oxi愛得dation efficiency increased with t作離he O3 yield of ozone generator and O3 dosage under any flue gas conditi購城ons. Under the same i舞睡nlet NO concentration師校, NO oxidation efficiency decreased with th費是e increase of flue gas flow. Under the事用 same flue gas flow and O3 dosage, with the increase of 報房inlet NO concentration, the O3 utilization rate increased w明錯hile the average oxidation energy consumption of each服筆 NO molecule decreased, which w照公as beneficial to promote the NO oxidation efficiency. In pract下間ical engineering application, th區你e setting of O3 dosage should take into account&黃現nbsp;both engineering design indica風街tors and economy. Ozone oxida道土tion denitration process coul行機d achieve NO oxidation efficiency higher 們離than 90% through reasonabl到我e design, indicating a good ind習空ustrial application prospect in the trea如身tment of sintering flu頻城e gas.
