Abstract. Ozone oxidation denitration p自他rocess has become the mos技舊t closely watched sintering flue gas&n了日bsp;denitration technology curren頻到tly. In order to inv習門estigate the influence of d西大ifferent operating conditi廠關ons on NO oxidation in practical en水時gineering applicatio做我n of this technology, an ozone oxid年兒ation system was built, and sintering flue gas wa得火s extracted from the 綠個pipeline between the in妹件duced draft fan and the desu可子lfurization tower. The influence of flue他地 gas flow and inlet NO concentration o老來n NO oxidation was investig門店ated by orthogonal experiments到廠. The results indicated th來大at NO oxidation efficiency空聽 increased with the O3 yield of ozone generator and O3 dosage under any flue gas co房票nditions. Under the same inlet NO 公跳concentration, NO oxidation efficiency decr山站eased with the increase of flue gas fl紅影ow. Under the same flue g相店as flow and O3 dosage, with the increase of小輛 inlet NO concentration樂年, the O3 utilization rate increased短數 while the average oxidation energy consumption of e都要ach NO molecule decreased, 秒購which was beneficial to金喝 promote the NO oxidation efficiency.
