      Abstract. Ozone oxidation denitration 器喝process has become the most closely w快門atched sintering flue gas 會愛denitration technology currently.好吧 In order to investigate 美志the influence of different operatin離們g conditions on NO oxidation in practical engine道議ering application of this technology,現女 an ozone oxidation sy業明stem was built, and sintering flue gas was extracted商制 from the pipeline between the 離音induced draft fan and the desul用時furization tower. The influence of flue gas flo們算w and inlet NO concentration on NO 說明oxidation was investigated by得他 orthogonal experiments. T看請he results indicated 中計that NO oxidation efficie裡美ncy increased with the O3 yield of ozone generator and O房笑3 dosage under any flue gas conditio錢化ns. Under the same inlet NO 農見concentration, NO oxidation efficiency decreased with舊月 the increase of flue gas flow.視媽 Under the same flue gas flow and 廠物Odosage, with the increase of inl謝兵et NO concentration, the O3 utilization rate increased while the 讀作average oxidation energy consumption of each N微朋O molecule decreased, which w南了as beneficial to prom服長ote the NO oxidation efficiency. In practical eng媽樂ineering application, the se匠票tting of O3 dosage should take into account both engineering des房南ign indicators and econom路麗y. Ozone oxidation denit作體ration process could achieve NO&nbs答放p;oxidation efficiency higher 月跳than 90% through reasonable de笑舊sign, indicating a go關腦od industrial application prospect in the treatment of sinterin著船g flue gas.
